Sweet, tangy, buttery, and topped with a crunchy pecan streusel, it\u2019s the perfect holiday breakfast treat or mid-day pick-me-up.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"675\">This cake comes together in a classic Bundt pan, with a ribbon of cranberry sauce swirled through the center that keeps every bite moist and bright. Don\u2019t forget an extra spoonful of cranberry sauce when serving\u2014trust us, it makes it even better!<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 9847--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Cranberry-Pecan Coffee Cake<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bundt Pan<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the Streusel<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup chopped pecans<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp salted butter, melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the Cake<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp neutral oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 ea large eggs, room temperature<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/4 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp  baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup full-fat sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Farmer&#039;s Market Organic Cranberry Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Make the streusel by mixing all the ingredients together.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>For the Cake<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 F<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cream together the butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy. Then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mix in the sour cream and vanilla until combined. Then add flour mixture and mix until just combined.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In the bottom of the greased Bundt pan, spread 1\/2 of the batter. Carefully dollop cranberry sauce evenly around the center of the cake, followed by the other half of the batter. Top with the streusel mixture, gently pressing down.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bake for 60-70 min, a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Let cool for 20 minutes, then remove from the pan by carefully inverting the cake onto a cooling rack or plate.
