Grease &amp; line a standard loaf pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom &amp; black pepper.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate large mixing bowl whisk together the pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla &amp; yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients &amp; beat until smooth, about 60 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer to the prepared loaf pan &amp; sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the top bounces back to touch.
