One of our favorites is our classic Creamy Herb Pumpkin Pasta Sauce. Best of all, it\u2019s gluten-free, vegan, and still simply delicious! This recipe is a perfect side for any holiday gathering, or as an indulgent treat for one!<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 5862--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Gluten-Free Creamy Herb Pumpkin Pasta<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 15-16 oz. can or carton Farmer&#039;s Market Organic Pumpkin Puree<\/li>\n<li>1 T coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup onion (diced)<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 cloves garlic (minced)<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 4 T chopped sage and thyme<\/li>\n<li>2 T arrowroot starch<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup almond milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 t sea salt<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 T nutritional yeast<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup cashews (soaked in warm water for at least 30 minutes then drained)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 t red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<li>10 oz. gluten free pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Melt the oil in a saucepan. Add onions and herbs until fragrant and onions are translucent. Add the garlic, and saut\u00e9 for another minute.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat, and add to a food processor along with the pumpkin, arrowroot starch, vegetable broth, almond milk, salt, nutritional yeast, cashews, and red pepper flakes. Pulse until completely combined. Taste for seasoning, and adjust as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Return to pan and bring to a simmer on low heat.<\/li>\n<li>Make the pasta according to package instructions, and drain.<\/li>\n<li>Toss drained pasta with sauce and serve immediately.
