Thai green curry paste<\/li>\n<li>2 cans (Farmers Market Pumpkin Puree)<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 cups chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>1 can coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Lime juiced<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. Fish sauce or vegan Fish Sauce substitute<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. minced thai basil<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. minced cilantro<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the onions in 1 Tbsp olive or coconut oil until soft.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Add the Thai curry paste and garlic and continue to cook over low heat for 1-2minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Add the pumpkin puree, chicken stock, and coconut milk, bring to a simmer.&nbsp;Season with salt and pepper. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Process until smooth in a blender. Taste and correct seasoning, add lime juice and fish sauce or vegan substitute.
