Now that the holidays are over and the season of pumpkin pie is coming to a close, if you’re anything like me, there’s still a lonely can of pumpkin winking at you from the cupboard.<\/p>\n

My can, I call him Jerry, screams, “I’m good for you.”<\/p>\n

Maybe I do have an overactive imagination.\u00a0 Or maybe I would use Jerry more if I knew what to do with him.\u00a0 So, I decided to undertake a little experiment called the Twelve Days of Pumpkin<\/strong>.\u00a0 I will prepare a new, easy<\/em> recipe every night for twelve days and see how it goes. Don’t worry. I’ll post the recipes and pictures right here to entice you to join me.<\/p>\n
