Pumpkin Bourbon Milkshake

  • 7 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cup Farmer's Market Foods Organic Pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)
  1. Add ice cream, pumpkin, milk, and bourbon in a blender until smooth (about 1/3 at a time). Add the sugar and spices to the last batch. Pour into a pitcher and stir. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
